The Mastery of Scottish Arts instructor’s concert is held downtown Seattle in the magnificent Benaroya Hall on Friday night, February 1st. Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated with the Executive Hotel Pacific for those wishing to stay downtown Seattle on Friday. Their contact info is:

For MSA students arriving via air at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac), be sure to carefully consider transportation options before arriving. More information can be found at the Port of Seattle’s website about all of the various options (click on website, and then select “S” for Seattle as your destination): Port of Seattle
The options to get to downtown Seattle (one-way rates as of Fall 2007) include:
- Rental car
- Taxi - approximately $32
- On-call limo: $40
- GrayLine Airport Express - $10.25 adult, $7.25 child (ages 2-12) – recommended choice

Transportation Package
In addition, MSA is offering a transportation package to assist getting students from downtown Seattle to Seabeck and back to SeaTac airport. That service is $85 and includes:
- Saturday, February 2, 2008 from Executive Hotel Pacific to Seabeck Conference Center
- February 6, 2008 from Seabeck Conference Center to SeaTac Airport
Be sure that your return flight leaves SeaTac AFTER 4:30PM to allow ample time to complete your course at Seabeck. Things conclude at Seabeck after lunch (about 1:00PM).
